Rates based on double occupancy (Two (2) people per room). Children 10 years & under stay FREE. There is a $5 nightly charge per extra person over 10 years. Room capacity of 4 people is strictly enforced unless other arrangements are made in advance. Space not guaranteed for unannounced guests.

Multiple room family – 1st room at regular price; 2nd room of equal or lesser value at 25% off *3 nights or longer - 10% ** 5 nights or longer - Saturday or Sunday arrival - 15%. AARP honored, excluding blackout dates, August weekends, and Special Events. Only one (1) discount applies Blackout dates are July 4th Holiday perused, Special Events and all October weekends.

Check in is 2:00 P.M. and check out is 10:00 AM. ¨ We require a deposit of 1 night's rent on a 1 to 4 night stay, or 2 nights' rent on a stay of 5 or more nights. Balance payable in full upon arrival. Deposits apply to the last portion of your stay, and no refunds will be given on early departures unless we can re-rent the room. In case of cancellation, deposit will be refunded (minus a $15 service fee) ONLY if we receive notice at LEAST 10 days prior to arrival date. Reservations of 7 or more nights require 21 days notice for refund.
