Rates based on double occupancy (Two-2- people per room). Children under 10 stay FREE.                    There is a $5 nightly charge per extra person 10 or over.  Room capacity of 4 people is strictly enforced         Space not guaranteed for unannounced guests

We require a deposit of 1 night's rent on a 1 to 4 night stay, or 2 nights' rent on a stay of 5 or more nights.

Balance payable in full upon arrival.  Deposits apply to the last portion of your stay, and no refunds will be given on early departures unless we are able to re-rent the room for the entire period reserved.In case of cancellation, deposit will be refunded (minus a $15 service fee) ONLY if we receive notice at LEAST 10 days prior to arrival date. Reservation of 7 or more nights requires a minimum of 14 days cancellation notice.
